Returns & Exchanges

At Hoodrich Official Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return your items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the provided return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
